 People use car for transportation, and sometimes it is bad because people talk on there phones and that’s why people crash every day.
And people buy cars to use them not to crash and actually have insurance so if something happens the company pays the owners the money what the cars value is.

 As a result, people need to buy Free Hand, because other ways people need it and if people crash the police work is to stop criminals not see others people crashes .It’s fire workers and medics help.

 To conclude, I think that people should stop if the need to talk or it’s an emergency or something like that.
